Return Policy
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before the toy has been shipped or prepared. If your cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund.
Please note: Once your toy has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your toy. To be eligible for a return:

The toy must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

The toy must be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your toy back to the manufacturer.
Shipping Costs: Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping (including return shipping). No restocking fees will be applied.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned toy, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.
